In November 1938, the square where four important synagogues stood in Fürth and which once constituted the centre of intellectual Jewish life was set on fire and completely destroyed. In a guided tour in remembrance of the events of the Reichspogromnacht and the subsequent period of deportations of Jewish Fürthers, join us on a tour through the old town. What do we know today about families who lived here? What was the former schoolyard and what does memory of this place mean today? We show and explain important places of the centuries of Jewish town history and get into conversation with you.
